What you will do

• Manage and coordinate software development projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Maintain project roadmaps and ensure proper prioritization and documentation of tasks in Jira.
• Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams through status reports and updates.
• Support resource planning and workload coordination across project teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders in software development.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and technical workflows.
• Experience preparing reports, KPIs, and project dashboards.
