eDiscovery Project Manager (Legal Tech): Managing complex eDiscovery lifecycles for federal agency legal teams with an accent on Relativity workflows, data processing, and production quality assurance. Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen; role is based in Chantilly/Fairfax, VA with remote/hybrid options available.

Salary: $116,480 – $158,080 per year

What you will do

  • Consult with clients to identify and service eDiscovery needs throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Configure Relativity environments, including fields, layouts, views, and production sweeps.
  • Develop and implement workflows for data processing, review, and production.
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks on job instructions and final work products.
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation across departments.
  • Coordinate project milestones from kick-off through final billing and data destruction.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • 5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity beyond basic coding.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (JD highly preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business leaders.
