Software Engineering Manager (B2C)

Location: Hybrid (2 days home office per week). Must be based in one of the company's 10 office locations across Europe.

Salary: €72,000 – €77,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of 7+ engineers managing B2C website and mobile applications.
• Own day-to-day execution, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Co-own roadmap planning in collaboration with product and design counterparts.
• Contribute to the overall B2C Tribe tech strategy alongside other engineering managers and architects.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and compensation reviews for your team.
• Integrate AI workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience coaching and mentoring teams of 5+ people, including senior engineers.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong expertise in system design and modern architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Kotlin/Swift, and RabbitMQ.
• Deep understanding of various agile methodologies and their practical application.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for constant professional communication.
