What you will do

• Lead the digital tools workstream for a flagship B2B conference with 35,000–50,000+ in-person and 100,000+ virtual attendees.
• Serve as the RainFocus subject matter expert, owning configuration, workflow builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage the event mobile app from requirements gathering through onsite support.
• Manage complex integrations between RainFocus, Salesforce, Marketo, and Databricks to ensure clean data flow.
• Translate shifting requirements from multiple stakeholder groups into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Explore and apply AI-driven tools and agent-based workflows to optimize event technology operations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate events with hands-on experience configuring and administering RainFocus.
• Proven experience leading digital tool workstreams for flagship-scale conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrations between event platforms and enterprise marketing technology stacks.
• Knowledge of AI agent concepts and ability to use AI tools productively and safely.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for onsite event support.
