What you will do

• Lead large, complex event program teams across multiple functional areas through the full event lifecycle.
• Create POR, manage milestones, and ensure programs deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage interdependencies and integration across multiple event workstreams, teams, and global stakeholders.
• Drive post-event evaluation including executive debriefs, performance reporting, attendee insights, and recommendations.
• Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement using new operating models and technologies to enhance event effectiveness and scalability.
• Use data analysis to track, compare, and improve event marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years in lieu of degree) in event management / marketing program management.
• 5+ years of large-scale corporate event experience within a large global technology organization.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus event management tools.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Experience with event technology (e.g., Cvent, Jifflenow, Rain Focus).

Nice to have

• 8+ years running large-scale, complex corporate events and managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging native AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to improve productivity and workflows.
