Customer Journey Expert / Business Analyst (Loan IQ)

What you will do

• Manage stakeholders and provide clear updates on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain a transparent, prioritized product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile delivery teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and improve lendhirify.global business processes while identifyhirify.global and resolvhirify.global constraints.
• Support Loan IQ enhancements, testhirify.global, implementation, and user acceptance testhirify.global for new releases.
• Investigate and help resolve Loan IQ functional incidents and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of functional experience with Loan IQ.
• Experience workhirify.global in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineerhirify.global, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a data-driven or IT-driven organization.
• SQL or related reporthirify.global and data analysis skills.
• Experience workhirify.global in international or global environments.
