What you will do
- Manage POS and merchant location parameters, exports, tagging, validation, and bulk updates using scripts and Swagger.
- Execute operational procedures accurately and analyze agent and manager-reported errors, recurring issues, patterns, and root causes.
- Coordinate with ASMs, SASs, agents, managers, and internal teams to understand operational needs and convert requests into structured requirements.
- Support PIP activities, create and validate Jira tickets, and perform recurring operational updates.
- Identify repetitive processes and support automation initiatives with n8n, including POS, agent, and task creation.
- Document procedures, improve POS Support and Anti-Fraud workflows, and gradually take on process mapping and business analysis responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Comfort working with technical tools, operational systems, scripts, and detailed documented procedures.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, JSON, and Swagger is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify recurring issues.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Technical Operations, or similar roles is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with n8n, Jira, Airtable, or similar operational platforms.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, or operational automation.
