What you will do
- Execute business process transactions accurately and according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers on operational activities.
- Participate in process improvement projects, data analysis, and quality assurance.
- Identify process bottlenecks and support analysis of data trends and reporting.
- Update and maintain process documentation while meeting performance and quality targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with business process transactions, management, and optimization.
- Ability to continuously learn and stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP.
