What you will do

• Manage end-to-end utility billing through technology platforms and produce accurate, on-time monthly resident bills.
• Verify billing inputs to support complete and accurate client revenue recovery.
• Analyze billing outputs, variance reports, and datasets.
• Collaborate with clients to validate and finalize utility statements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver prebills, secure approvals, and meet billing timelines and quality standards.
• Build expertise in billing systems and support efficient processing across the Utility Team.
