What you will do
- Lead and oversee Business Analysts and Data Analysts, ensuring accurate and strategically valuable site reporting.
- Provide executive decision support through reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
- Facilitate site management systems and structured performance forums, including the Didipio Safe Production Meeting.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop optimization frameworks, tools, standards, budget proposals, and project plans.
- Consolidate historical budget plans and track corresponding budget utilization.
Requirements
- Must be amenable to being based in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Metallurgy.
- Exposure to an underground mining environment.
- Knowledge of mining operations, cost drivers, financial modelling, capital evaluation, business case development, and corporate governance.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytics skills, with executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, influence without authority, and manage competing priorities.
