Senior Client Service Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Manage business and system requirements across the system development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage contractual service delivery, and act as the primary client contact.
• Elicit requirements, produce functional specifications and operational documentation, and support solution design, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Provide user training, respond to functionality queries, and resolve production support issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional coordination.
• Contribute to project schedules, risks, scope, budgets, bids, design studies, and RFI/RFP activities.
• Identify sales opportunities, support contract extensions, and promote relevant organizational capabilities to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in financial services or the financial technology industry.
• Working knowledge or experience in capital markets.
• Experience using Jira and working in a client-facing role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Trading knowledge or a background in trade surveillance.
