Location: Remote (USA). Final round of interviews will take place on-site in Chattanooga, TN.

What you will do

• Drive the expansion and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to automate manual processes.
• Transform legacy spreadsheet-based workflows into scalable ServiceNow solutions with intelligent routing.
• Provide top-level support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for all major applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope new integration opportunities and ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Programming.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow administration, Flow Designer, and integration development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with MoveWorks.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
