What you will do

• Configure, administer, and support a diverse portfolio of SaaS and business applications.
• Lead technical implementation of new applications, including requirements gathering and release planning.
• Manage application health, performance, and service metrics in line with IT service management processes.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex incidents and defects.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into configuration changes.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in supporting and configuring SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of application support, change processes, and user management.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Sheffield, UK for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple applications across different business functions and countries.
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (SSO, MFA).
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.
• Exposure to application integrations and APIs.
