What you will do

• Administer and configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management for stable environments
• Lead Server-to-Cloud, Data Center-to-Cloud, and Cloud-to-Cloud migrations
• Handle day-to-day support, incident resolution, and technical issues with teams and clients
• Optimize workflows, permissions, automation, and performance
• Gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancements
• Manage add-ons like ScriptRunner, develop Groovy scripts, conduct trainings

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or higher English for communication with international clients
• At least 3 years in Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
• Experience with Atlassian cloud migrations from Server/Data Center
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM principles
• Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy
• Customer support or sysadmin background in complex IT environments
• Analytical skills, leadership, team collaboration in distributed settings
