What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment.
• Execute routine corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Carry out complex instrumentation calibration and distributed control systems troubleshooting.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders in coordination with the Operations Center.
• Maintain detailed safety documentation including JHA, PJB, and LOTO.
• Develop plant orders, operating instructions, and technical procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work in adverse climates and a flexible on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position.

Nice to have

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent Journeyman certification.
• Experience with I&E, I&C, or C&I electrical work.
