What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility-scale PV equipment under supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections of modules, trackers, inverters, and combiner boxes.
• Execute basic electrical and mechanical tasks, including torque checks and component replacement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE usage.
• Complete technical documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports using digital tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mojave, CA.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
