What you will do

• Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of branded content, sponsorship, and promotional campaigns across radio, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
• Manage and deliver S&S budgets for the Dublin-based sales team to grow existing revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal content, commercial, and production teams to deliver comprehensive responses to client briefs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct clients, positioning the company as the preferred partner for creative media solutions.
• Report on campaign metrics and financials to support client retention and future growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in media sales, specifically with Direct clients or advertisers.
• Proven track record of delivering advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of broadcast sponsorship, promotions, and branded content.
• Experience with digital activations and multi-channel campaign management.
• Excellent client service skills and high attention to detail.
