What you will do
- Develop and implement client growth strategies and expand existing accounts into new domains and regions.
- Increase sales and improve project profitability through PnL control.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to scale the business.
- Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, develop and present solutions to support growth.
- Manage contract negotiations, accounts receivable, and operational project activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success management.
- Proven skills in sales and negotiation techniques.
- English: Advanced (C1) or above required.
- Strong self-management, proactivity, and systematic thinking.
- Ability to hold in-person meetings and conduct presentations.

- Knowledge of the IT industry and key software development processes.
- Experience creating and implementing account development plans and strategies.
