TL;DR

Account Executive - Majors (SaaS): Driving expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts (1,000–2,500 employees) with an accent on identifying whitespace and positioning the AI workspace platform. Focus on running structured discovery, building complex business cases, and guiding multi-stakeholder groups through expansion cycles.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from the London or Dublin office 2-3 days per week

What you will do

  • Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts in the 1,000–2,500 employee range.
  • Convert account signals, free trials, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Run structured discovery to uncover workflow pain and build compelling business cases for broader adoption.
  • Deliver presentations and demos that connect platform value to executive-level outcomes.
  • Build and manage multithreaded deal plans involving end users, managers, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and regional account coverage.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with ownership of full-cycle deals or expansion motions.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in commercial or strategic account environments.
  • Strong consultative selling instincts and ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading RFIs/RFQs and operating within structured evaluation processes.
  • Ability to work from the Dublin or London office 2-3 days per week.
  • No visa sponsorship available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, or CRM horizontal SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in land-and-expand motions rather than purely transactional models.
  • Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics and regional complexity.
  • Comfort selling AI productivity stories instead of feature-by-feature comparisons.
