What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the dealer network.
• Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and acquire new prospects.
• Act as a digital advisor to help dealers boost their online performance and reach more buyers.
• Manage the full sales pipeline end-to-end, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage both short and long sales cycles.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share field insights and shape business strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong account management skills and the ability to balance multiple clients and priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to build trust.
• Based in Ireland with full working rights.
• Full Irish Driving License and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.

• Experience with Salesforce.
