What you will do

• Manage multiple teams and workstreams involving 20+ people.
• Lead complex eCommerce projects, including migrations and re-platforming initiatives.
• Oversee stakeholder, vendor, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and release management standards.
• Coordinate infrastructure and CI/CD processes to support project delivery.
• Mitigate risks and maintain organizational alignment across all project phases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects within a retail environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience with cloud/on-prem infrastructure and CI/CD tools
• Professional proficiency in English
• Must be based in Portugal or Brazil
