Programme Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice or Poznań, Poland. Must be available until 18:00 PL time.

Salary: 170 - 230 PLN net per hour (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, complex e-commerce projects on budget and within specified timeframes.
• Manage client relationships and act as Account Director to achieve productivity goals.
• Analyze and mitigate programme risks, producing accurate reports for stakeholders.
• Track and manage dependencies across projects and workstreams, creating programme-level plans.
• Provide line management and professional guidance to project managers.
• Define programme governance and manage third-party vendors on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland.
• English: C1 (Excellent verbal and written skills) required.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in software application development.
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people across different workstreams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
• Successful track record in e-commerce migration or re-platforming projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Magento e-commerce platform.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS DevOps tooling.
• Developer background or programming qualification.
• BA/BS degree in information management, marketing, communications, or business.
