What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Data Center business unit.
• Analyze monthly financial results against budgets and explain performance variances to senior leadership.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide data-driven financial insights and decision support.
• Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, cost allocation methodologies, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company operating procedures.
• Support the implementation and adoption of finance systems and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Several years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders through financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
