What you will do

• Support the Head of Investments (Asia) in managing regional investment platforms and operational portfolios.
• Independently drive deal underwriting, commercial negotiation, and documentation for solar, wind, and storage assets.
• Originate, screen, and evaluate new investment opportunities across target Asian markets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in Singapore and the UK.
• Support strategic decision-making, mandate expansion, and capital raising efforts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and investor meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Extensive experience in Private Equity, M&A, or advisory within the APAC renewables or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven capability to independently lead deal underwriting, commercial structuring, and risk assessment.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business plan management.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and mentoring junior colleagues.
• High fluency in English (written and spoken).
