What you will do

  • Develop and own the deal governance and monetization framework, including pricing and discount policies.
  • Analyze deal trends, win/loss rates, and pricing performance to recommend improvements to packaging strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Sales leadership on complex, non-standard deal structures and commercial terms.
  • Develop and deliver training to the sales organization on pricing, deal desk processes, and negotiation best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to implement new pricing models aligned with market demands.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure commercial alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a strategic finance role.
  • Proven experience developing scalable deal frameworks and pricing policies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
