What you will do

• Own month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and support multi-entity consolidation across the US, UK, Ireland, and Singapore.
• Manage general ledger accounting, SaaS subscription revenue recognition under ASC 606, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting.
• Support Singapore statutory reporting, audits, tax filings, GST, and coordination with IRAS, external tax agents, and auditors.
• Partner with FP&A and People Ops on payroll-related accounting entries, including CPF and SDL.
• Improve internal controls, close efficiency, and financial processes while supporting analysis and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably covering both US GAAP and Singapore SFRS.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or ad-tech business.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory and tax requirements, including IRAS, GST, and CPF.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, along with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently across time zones with a remote US finance team and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Audit coordination experience with a Big Four or mid-tier firm.
• Exposure to programmatic advertising, digital media, fraud prevention, or growth-stage scaling.
