What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with high-potential early-stage Web3 projects and RWA initiatives.
• Drive ecosystem growth on X Layer by building collaborations and overseeing partner deployments and activation campaigns.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to explore and launch new collaboration formats and internal processes.
• Conduct global market research on competitor moves and tokenization trends to translate findings into strategy.
• Manage end-to-end project relationships while maintaining high standards of due diligence and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management in crypto or TradFi.
• Strong understanding of token economics, on-chain ecosystems, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of tokenization and the RWA (Real World Asset) space.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required).
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
