Senior VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote in Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Taiwan; travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences.

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s top private clients across Asia, providing white-glove service and building long-term relationships.
• Own the VIP client book, including onboarding, tier progression, retention, and intervention with at-risk clients.
• Drive asset growth, net deposits, revenue, and trading volume as primary performance indicators.
• Source new HNWI and institutional relationships through direct outreach, referrals, introducer networks, and regional trading communities.
• Run local VIP marketing initiatives and events, including dinners, trader meetups, conferences, and partner campaigns.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to develop compliant private-client growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in crypto.
• Existing personal network among crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore.
• Native or near-native Mandarin and fluent English required.
• Proven ability to originate business, acquire clients, run events, or build communities that generate measurable pipeline.
• Deep knowledge of spot, margin, futures, OTC, lending, and yield or earn products, plus cryptocurrency ecosystems and market dynamics.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, portfolio revenue, and trading volume.

Nice to have

• Cantonese language skills.
• Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive exchange lending economics.
• Experience building introducer and referral partnerships.
