What you will do

• Define and own the UX vision for the NEC Health portfolio.
• Lead the development and governance of a unified NEC Health Design System.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to embed design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery activities, and co-design sessions with customers and users.
• Mentor product teams in user-centred design and design thinking to increase design maturity.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Demonstrable experience working as a UX Designer with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working to GDS standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and interest in AI-driven design tools.
