What you will do

• Plan and conduct research activities including interviews, usability testing, and heuristic reviews to inform design decisions.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with visual designers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and scalable design systems.
• Shape user-centered narratives and content hierarchies in partnership with copywriters and content strategists.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into the design process for research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping while maintaining human judgment.
• Present UX rationale and concepts clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or service design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, or complex digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UX design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• English: C1 proficiency required for collaboration with international teams.
• Experience contributing to design systems and leveraging AI in design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting environments or working with cross-functional client teams.
• Familiarity with service design methods like service blueprints and ecosystem maps.
• Experience designing for luxury, travel, financial services, or retail sectors.
• Knowledge of analytics, experimentation, and behavioral insights.
