What you will do

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Translate insights into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop and evolve design systems and scalable UX frameworks.
• Collaborate with visual designers and developers to ensure UX concepts are effectively implemented.
• Mentor junior designers and lead critical UX initiatives.
• Experiment with and evaluate AI-enabled tools to optimize design and research workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work for web and mobile products.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (C1).
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, aviation, fintech, or retail.
• Background in consulting or client-facing projects.
• Familiarity with service design blueprints and ecosystem maps.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in the design process.
