What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and qualification sessions to understand customer cloud environments and FinOps maturity.
• Own and drive Proof of Value (POV) exercises to demonstrate the business and financial impact of DCI.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations in Thai and English to both engineering and executive audiences.
• Design and implement improvements in cloud cost efficiency, resilience, and security posture.
• Collaborate with AWS field teams on co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline growth.
• Translate customer pain points and feature gaps into technical requirements for the Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Native-level Thai fluency (spoken and written) and professional working proficiency in English.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Cloud Consulting.
• Depth in cloud infrastructure, FinOps, and cloud cost management.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort navigating large data sets to identify trends and outliers.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking, ML) or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
• Experience with GCP or Azure.
• Background in SRE, platform engineering, or cloud cost management platforms.
• Experience with AWS partner programs such as MAP or WAFR.
