TL;DR
Lead AIOps Architect (AIOps/GenAI): Designing and building production-grade AIOps solutions, automation pipelines, and agentic workflows for client projects with an accent on observability, intelligent alerting, AI-assisted triage, and operational data integration. Focus on evaluating and governing AI/LLM components, applying SRE and modern engineering practices, and translating operational challenges into measurable outcomes.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid. Singapore citizenship is required due to client security clearance.

What you will do
- Own pragmatic, production-ready technical architectures for AIOps engagements.
- Build AIOps solutions, proofs of concept, and accelerators for observability, intelligent alerting, AI-assisted triage, root-cause analysis, knowledge retrieval, and runbook automation.
- Design data pipelines, tool integrations, and agentic workflows connecting observability, ITSM, and collaboration platforms.
- Apply clean code, TDD, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and strong observability practices.
- Design and operate evaluation pipelines for AI and LLM components, including accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability guardrails.
- Advise clients, support pre-sales and solution scoping, mentor engineers, and connect global AIOps capabilities with regional projects.
Requirements
- Singapore citizenship is required for client security clearance.
- Strong software engineering and SRE/DevOps experience with large-scale production systems.
- Deep hands-on experience architecting and implementing AIOps solutions and writing production-quality code, such as Python.
- Practical experience with generative AI patterns including RAG, agentic workflows, and LLMOps in operations scenarios.
- Familiarity with observability and ITSM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, and ServiceNow, plus AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, technical communication, mentorship, and architectural influence.
