Salary: $146,000–$224,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams from initial discovery to deal close to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
• Lead technical discovery meetings and deliver high-impact platform demonstrations.
• Execute technical Proof of Value engagements to validate solutions against customer business challenges.
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with business partners, resellers, and MSPs to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Present technical strategies to stakeholders ranging from technical users to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6+ years of operational or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• Proven expertise in software pre-sales or value-based technical selling for enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint security, IT operations management, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including C-Suite stakeholders.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Broad knowledge of scripting languages.
• Experience using AI prompts and plugins for data analysis and presales acceleration.
