What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for Tier 1 FinServ accounts, engaging with CISOs and engineering leadership.
  • Own the end-to-end technical relationship, including architecture reviews, roadmap alignment, and risk management.
  • Lead incident response, technical bridges, and post-incident reviews to ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct production readiness assessments and identify performance bottlenecks or security exposures.
  • Synthesize account patterns into actionable product feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows and reusable playbooks to scale operational support for regulated accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Customer Success Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
  • Direct experience working with Tier 1 financial services institutions in a technical capacity.
  • Full-stack fluency including Web/Mobile SDK, REST/webhooks, SQL, and distributed tracing.
  • Deep experience with AWS architecture, multi-region deployments, and availability zones.
  • Working knowledge of at least two regulatory frameworks: SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, or PIPEDA.
  • Incident command experience managing major production incidents at enterprise scale.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or biometrics.
  • Knowledge of SDK injection attacks and client-side security threat modeling.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company during a hypergrowth phase.
