What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical authority for Tier 1 FinServ accounts, engaging with CISOs and engineering leadership.
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship, including architecture reviews, roadmap alignment, and risk management.
- Lead incident response, technical bridges, and post-incident reviews to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct production readiness assessments and identify performance bottlenecks or security exposures.
- Synthesize account patterns into actionable product feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and reusable playbooks to scale operational support for regulated accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Customer Success Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Direct experience working with Tier 1 financial services institutions in a technical capacity.
- Full-stack fluency including Web/Mobile SDK, REST/webhooks, SQL, and distributed tracing.
- Deep experience with AWS architecture, multi-region deployments, and availability zones.
- Working knowledge of at least two regulatory frameworks: SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, or PIPEDA.
- Incident command experience managing major production incidents at enterprise scale.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or biometrics.
- Knowledge of SDK injection attacks and client-side security threat modeling.
