What you will do

• Lead the post-sale journey for Portuguese accounts, from initial onboarding to long-term renewal and expansion.
• Partner with customers to embed hirify.global into daily workflows for vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.
• Translate complex technical outputs from AI and Physics models into executive-level business outcomes.
• Manage high-level relationships with DSOs and TSOs via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with EU Sales and Product teams to align the product roadmap with the Portuguese market.
• Monitor customer health scores and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success.
• Fluent Portuguese speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS.
• Must be based in or operate within the Portuguese/European market.
• Ability and willingness to travel 20-40%.
• Comfort with data-driven discussions and navigating technical conversations with engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
• Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.
• Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
