Location: Remote in Germany, covering Western Europe (Italy, Spain, and Portugal).

What you will do

  • Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries across Western Europe (Italy as primary focus, plus Spain and Portugal).
  • Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and internal resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value and build ROI models.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and collaborate with various internal team members.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS within Contact Center or Conversational AI.
  • Possess a hunter mentality and passion for winning in a hyper-growth phase company.
  • Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
  • Organized and disciplined, functioning well in a remote environment.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
