What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, providing expert advice to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Champion team experience and navigate organizational change to ensure a strong company culture.
  • Lead key People projects, including talent and compensation reviews and process improvements.
  • Utilize data and metrics to guide people decisions and partner with Finance on headcount planning.
  • Ensure people practices remain compliant, smart, and well-governed.

Requirements

  • Solid background in generalist HR/People partnering roles within similarly sized organizations.
  • Experience partnering with diverse teams including Commercial, Corporate, and Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and people practices, particularly talent and reward.
  • Experience managing key employee lifecycle processes such as compensation reviews.
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations with empathy and formal process knowledge.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR tools and data analysis using spreadsheets.
