What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning using data-driven insights.
• Drive talent reviews, performance management, and internal mobility to assess and build bench strength.
• Lead career and leadership development programs to enhance organizational capability.
• Coach People Managers throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations and colleague engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, immigration, and benefits administration across Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados.
• Partner with the Employee Relations COE to manage complex employee relations matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience in professional services or complex matrixed environments.
• 2+ years of experience in a strategic HR business partnering role.
• Experience managing pension, benefits, and global mobility processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and handling immigration cases in Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and critical thinking skills.
