What you will do

• Manage and develop direct reports through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research projects from intake through delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to define research needs, success criteria, and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Own the research design, documentation, and delivery process, acting as the main point for results readouts.
• Lead research road mapping and multi-year budget planning for assigned parts of the portfolio.
• Mentor junior researchers and review their work to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of applied custom research experience.
• Advanced expertise with DIY survey platforms like Alchemer or Qualtrics.
• Expertise with syndicated tools such as GWI, YouGov Profiles, or Circana.
• Advanced proficiency in SPSS or similar survey analysis software.
• Expert-level analytical reasoning and written communication skills.
• In-office attendance in London is an essential function of this position.
