What you will do

• Develop and deliver strategic insights to shape the long-term future of the Impulse channel through regular channel analysis.
• Plan targets, set KPIs, and perform forecasting to identify emerging opportunities and course-correct strategies.
• Create data visualization tools and storytelling narratives to align senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Manage data quality by collaborating with Global Teams to ensure correct attribution and sustainable coverage plans.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and coach National Sales Managers on interpreting results and performance trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience in an insight role within an agency, retailer, or manufacturer.
• Proven ability to manage and synthesize multiple internal and external data sources.
• Expertise in data storytelling and visualization with high attention to detail.
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management capabilities.
