What you will do

• Support the Director of R&I in embedding data and insights across the organization.
• Translate research from internal sources, third-party tools, and thought leadership into actionable business insights.
• Design and manage end-to-end primary and secondary research projects, including survey design and execution.
• Analyze and synthesize data to create compelling stories about fans, live music, and brand opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with external research vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights, either on the client or agency side.
• Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies with end-to-end project experience.
• Ability to turn data and metrics into meaningful narratives that link to business goals.
• Proficiency in Q, SPSS, DisplayR (or equivalent) and social listening platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
