Location: Remote. Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. Preferred locations include Ukraine, Bosnia, European Union, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Montenegro, and Serbia.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from screening and interviews to pipeline management.
• Source high-quality candidates via job boards, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Manage and optimize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) for organizational efficiency.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand priorities and provide strategic support.
• Improve internal recruitment processes and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company.
• Proven experience working with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple requisitions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English: Fluency in written and verbal communication is required.
• Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
