Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) — requires presence in the office 2 days a week. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Lead the production of the annual global non-financial report for the group.
• Drive global CSRD-compliant reporting disclosures across network brands and countries.
• Manage reporting on EU Taxonomy, non-financial risk assessments, and new regulations.
• Monitor regulatory landscapes to ensure alignment with GRI, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB frameworks.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations on annual ESG disclosures and investor queries.
• Coordinate external assurance for non-financial reports and optimize automation processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading non-financial reporting and external assurance in corporate or consultancy settings.
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Degree in a related field with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English (written, verbal, and presentation skills).
• Ability to interpret and apply ESRS standards to refine disclosure content.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, NFRD, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Understanding of basic greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting principles.
• Fluency in German.
