What you will do

• Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
• Monitor control effectiveness and manage follow-ups on internal or external audit findings.
• Partner with the ERP team to implement process changes and optimize IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, or Consulting.
• Proven experience with internal controls in Finance and process design.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.

• Knowledge of AI.
