What you will do

• Ensure IFRS technical compliance across the group as the basis for capital market communication.
• Act as the primary internal expert and advisor for subsidiaries and central functions on complex accounting questions.
• Monitor international financial reporting developments and drive the implementation of new IFRS guidance.
• Prepare and document technical memos on complex transactions and align them with external auditors.
• Develop and quality-assure group-wide accounting guidelines and internal controls.
• Contribute to M&A integration, process automation, and the production of the annual report.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or economics; a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or Wirtschaftsprüfer is an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in group accounting or at an auditing firm.
• Expert technical knowledge of IFRS, with specific proven experience in IFRS 15 (revenue recognition).
• Experience with business combinations; knowledge of venture capital investments is an asset.
• Business fluency in both German and English (C1 level required).
