What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of approximately 6 members.
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment.
• Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in collaboration with Tech/IT teams.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership experience with a "lead by example" mindset.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.
