Social Commerce Shark (AI): Managing end-to-end affiliate creator campaigns for a specific market and category with an accent on high-volume outreach, content performance analysis, and CRM pipeline management. Location: Must be based in Paris, France. Role requires minimum 3 days per week onsite. No relocation or housing assistance provided.

What you will do
- Map and hunt relevant affiliate creators using AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Review and memorialize high-performing creator content in the CRM.
- Execute structured selection processes and negotiate commission structures.
- Manage the full CRM pipeline including outreach, sample logistics, and performance tracking.
- Drive posts toward aggressive engagement targets and manage paid amplification.
- Present pipeline health and market learnings to leadership using AI-generated reporting.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
- Native TikTok fluency including trends and creator ecosystem.
- French language proficiency required for the Paris location.
- Hunter's mentality with experience in high-volume outreach and CRM management.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
- Strong analytical instincts with experience in social listening and KPI reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience at a social platform, beauty/prestige brand, or high-velocity social commerce team.
- Prior experience with eCommerce seller or affiliate platforms.
