What you will do
- Monitor social platforms and ad libraries daily to identify high-potential creative hooks.
- Manage growth execution for assigned live mobile titles and iterate based on performance data.
- Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, and optimize campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with UA and Product teams to launch and test creative campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and push creative boundaries to improve game performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
- Previous experience in growth, creative content, or social media.
- Strong understanding of viral trends on TikTok and social platforms.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools for process automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- English proficiency required for collaboration with a global team.
Nice to have
- Experience in ad creatives, performance marketing, or social content production.
- Exposure to mobile UA, growth hacking, or community building.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ad Library or UA8.
