Junior Growth Specialist (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France; on-site. Hiring is primarily within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

What you will do

• Monitor TikTok, ad libraries, and social platforms to identify trends and translate them into creative strategies for assigned games.
• Manage growth execution for live mobile game titles, track performance, and iterate based on results.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve execution speed.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition and Product teams to launch and optimize test campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve measurable growth across the mobile game portfolio.

Requirements

• First experience in growth, creative content, or social media.
• Strong awareness of TikTok trends and the ability to connect social culture with game audiences.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for productivity, process building, and experimentation.
• Strong ownership, communication, creative thinking, curiosity, and ambition.
• Ability to collaborate in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad creatives, performance marketing, or social content production.
• Basic exposure to mobile User Acquisition, growth hacking, or community building.
• Knowledge of Meta Ad Library, UA8, or similar trend and analytics platforms.
