What you will do

• Lead and scale a global platform and infrastructure engineering organization, developing managers and architects.
• Define and execute the long-term platform engineering strategy for Ruckus One to align capabilities with business needs.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies, AI-driven capabilities, and automation frameworks to improve velocity.
• Ensure the platform scales to support millions of connected devices globally while improving reliability and availability.
• Partner with Product, Cloud Operations, Security, and Architecture leaders to translate priorities into execution plans.
• Establish engineering metrics and processes that enable sustainable growth and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading global engineering teams building large-scale cloud platforms.
• Deep expertise in multi-tenant SaaS, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong background in cloud-managed enterprise networking and systems at massive scale.
• Proven track record of driving platform transformation and organizational growth.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid)
